1.1 Open to anyone aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

1.2 One entry per person, but multiple raffle tickets can be earned.

1.3 Participants can win only one minor prize during the contest period. If drawn for multiple minor prizes, only the first will be awarded.

2.1 The giveaway begins on August 20, 2024 at 8:00 AM and ends on December 31, 2024 at 8:00 AM (the “Entry Period”).

2.2 Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

4.2 The winner will be notified mainly on email address and secondly on the associated social media used within 2-5 calendar days after the selection of winners.

4.3 Winners will be posted on our Filipiknow website and Facebook page with the first name, last name and name of city (Example: John Cruz of Manila City)

4.4 An alternate winner will be selected if the prize winners do not respond within 14 calendar days of notification.

5.1 Major Prize: 4-day, 3-night trip to Boracay (All Expense Paid)

5.2. One lucky winner will receive a weekly minor prize (In cash or worth of prize)

5.3 The prize is transferable only to the name that you will assign on your “first entry contact information” on our website. No other names can receive the prize aside from your name and the assignee’s name.

5.4 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

5.5 The major prize must be claimed between February and June 2025 only.

5.6 An Additional Prize of 2,000php will be given to the Major Prize winner if testimony and at least 10 quality pictures are forwarded to giveaways@filipiknow.net not more than 14 calendar days after their sponsored vacation trip.

6.1 All winners will be required to submit proof of identification before any prizes are awarded. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, a valid driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. The identification must match the information provided in the entry form. Failure to provide adequate proof of identity within 14 calendar days of notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6.2 Grand prize winner must sign a waiver and release of liability form as a condition of receiving their prize. The waiver will include a release of the contest organizers, sponsors, and any affiliated entities from any liability arising from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

6.3 Failure to sign and return the waiver within 14 calendar days of notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7.1 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8.1 Pacific Pact, LLC (owner of Filipiknow.net) reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Pacific Pact, LLC in its sole discretion.

8.2 Pacific Pact, LLC (owner of Filipiknow.net) reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Anti-fraud technology will be used to identify the fraudulent entries.

8.4 We will confirm that all the winners’ entries are accurate. If we find entries that were falsified or inaccurate, the participant will be disqualified.

8.5 Any duplicate information will be reviewed to avoid duplicate entries.

9.1 By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pacific Pact, LLC (owner of Filipiknow.net), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof.

10.1 The giveaway is free. No money will be collected from the participants in order to qualify for the giveaway. No raffle tickets are being sold. No foods, drugs, devices, cosmetics, hazardous substances, agricultural products, or other services are being sold.
