No. The Philippine passport is a standard booklet with a limited number of pages (44).
Once it runs out of pages, it is already considered invalid and must be renewed as soon as possible.
In fact, DFA recommends having your passport renewed if you’re a frequent traveler who has used up half of the passport pages.
