The LERIS website is down and inaccessible. Can I do walk-in application instead?

PRC makes official announcements either through its website or social media pages whenever there is systems maintenance.

During these situations, LERIS is totally inaccessible so applicants are advised to do walk-in applications.

If no official announcement has been made, wait for a few minutes and access the website again.
