Visa application is highly dependent upon the examiner deciding on your application. Based on personal experience, not having a strong travel history is not a factor in a visa denial.
Case in point: My sister applied for an Australian tourist visa and she was approved even though her passport has no single stamp (she only has one travel outside of the Philippines and the country does not stamp passport).
