Education
Bermonica is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in UP Los Baños.
Experience
Bermonica currently works in a medical aesthetics industry that allows her to meet with clients and identify their dietary needs by assessing their health, exercise routine, and food habits.
She offers advice on how to stay healthy and provides support to help clients with their progress. In addition, she does online nutrition assessments with Happycheckup Medical Clinic which provides online medical assistance via Facebook.
She also owns and manages her own business called Study Bunny PH (SBPH) which offers online academic tutorial services. She plans, develops, implements, and directs the organization’s operational function and performance. SBPH started with the aim of providing educational services as well as creating side hustles for teachers and college students.
Not only an RND but also a health and safety advocate, she has volunteered for Philippine Red Cross (PRC) during her undergraduate years. She was able to lead seminars, blood typing services, blood donation drives, and outreach programs under PRC.
As a determined youth, she also actively participates in local and international conferences about health, youth leadership, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and ASEAN.
Today, she also writes content about health and well-being on Filipiknow.net.
