Enrolling your card to BDO Auto Charge will enable you to automatically pay your monthly bills for the following companies:

• Bayantel
• Globe
• PGA Insurance
• Sun Cellular
• Cable Link
• Manila Water
• PLDT
• Tagaytay Highlands, Inc.
• Converge ICT
• Maynilad
• Sky Cable
• Tagaytay Midlands, Inc.
• Digitel
• Meralco
• Smart
• The Country Club at Tagaytay Highlands, Inc.

You can enroll as many utility bills from the above list as you want, provided that your BDO credit card has sufficient balance and the utility bills you wish to enroll aren’t enrolled with auto debit/auto charge services of another company.

There are three ways to enroll your bills to BDO Auto Charge:

a. Via BDO website:

• Log in to BDO Online Banking using your user ID and password.
• Click “My Quick Links” and choose “Credit Cards Bills Payment.”
• Select Auto Charge Arrangement. Fill out the form provided and then click Submit.

b. Via phone:

Get assistance from BDO Customer Contact Center by calling them at 631-8000 or Domestic Toll-Free at 1-800-10-6318000.

c. Via SMS:

Type BDOCC AC First/Middle/Last Name/Last 4 digits of Credit Card/Utility Name and send to 2256

Make sure to use a comma (,) when enrolling more than 1 utility. A charge of P2.50/SMS for Globe and Smart subscribers and P2.00/SMS for Sun Subscribers
