Go to MyEG.PH. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up using your email address and create a password.

Check your email for a verification link from MyEG.PH.

Log in to your newly created account.
Step 4: Fill Out the Form
You’ll be directed to a form. Fill in your details. Then click Next.
- Each Documentary Stamp is Php 30.00.
- The Branch Code is the last 5 digits of your TIN.
- Form Series is 2000; Form Type is 2000; Tax Type is DS.
- Ensure the Return Period date matches the Return Period in your filed return.
Step 5: Enter Your Email Address
Enter your email address, then click Next.
Step 6: Proceed to Payment
You can pay via E-wallet or Credit Card, each with respective charges. Click Confirm and Pay.
