• Each Documentary Stamp is Php 30.00.
• The Branch Code is the last 5 digits of your TIN.
• Form Series is 2000; Form Type is 2000; Tax Type is DS.
• Ensure the Return Period date matches the Return Period in your filed return.

Step 5: Enter Your Email Address

Enter your email address, then click Next.

Step 6: Proceed to Payment

You can pay via E-wallet or Credit Card, each with respective charges. Click Confirm and Pay.
