Elaine Joy is an HR professional who started from the ranks and with work experience as a customer service representative. She has a total of 10 years of HR experience focusing on employee and labor relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, organizational development, and talent management. She loves reading novels and traveling with her family.
Elaine started working in 2010 as a customer service representative. She worked her way up to be in HR with her advocacy for fair employment conditions.
Her HR career started in 2012 when she was hired by a global manufacturing company. She moved to a BPO company in 2014 and has handled different local and global accounts since then.
Elaine graduated with a degree in Nursing from Holy Angel University in Central Luzon. In 2018, she received her certification in HR from the IFPM (International Federation of Professional Managers).
