I Can’t Get an Appointment for Philippine Passport Renewal Because All Slots Are Full. What Should I Do?

Most of the time, having no available slots means the consular section is prioritizing its backlogs. Thus, new appointments can’t be accommodated as of the moment.

In this case, the only thing you can do is wait for appointment slots to open. Keep checking the online appointment system from time to time. Refresh the page, too. If you’re lucky, you might chance upon a fresh batch of new slots.

But if nothing happens, contact the consular office to inquire about when slots will be available again.

Check also the embassy/consulate website or Facebook page for announcements. Sometimes, appointment booking is suspended when a new scheduling system is being developed or when the embassy/consulate is temporarily closed.
