Are There Non-EU Countries I Can Travel Using My Schengen Visa?

Yes. Here is the link to the list of Non-EU countries you can travel using your valid Schengen visa.

In my experience, I was able to travel to other European countries such as Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Croatia without securing a separate visa from these countries. I just used the Schengen visa as my pass. I had no issues with border crossing.

Also if you have a valid Schengen visa, you can apply for a Turkish tourist visa online. No need for you to go personally to the Turkish Embassy.
