There is no information as to how much money you should have in your bank account when applying for an Australian tourist visa unlike when applying for a Schengen visa where the amount is specified.
As a rule of thumb, you should have enough money for the 3 main travel expenses (transportation, food, and accommodation) throughout the duration of your stay.
For purposes of visa application, I will keep an amount equivalent to 100-120 Euro per day. However, on the actual trip, I spend way less than that as I always travel cheaply.
