Suppose you’re in Batangas and wish to call a landline in the same province. Dial the number you wish to call; no need to insert the area code before the number.
2. Calling a Landline Under a Different Area Code
- To call a landline outside Metro Manila: Dial 0 + <area code> + <7-digit landline number>. Example: Dial 043-XXX-XXXX if you are in a different province and wish to call someone in Batangas.

To call a landline number using your mobile phone, dial the area code regardless of where the landline is located.
Follow these steps:
- Press the area code of the landline you wish to call.
