How To Type Peso Sign (₱) on Your Computer or Smartphone
The Central Bank of the Philippines was established in 1949, and with its creation, the formal Filipino currency was generated.
The Philippine peso sign (₱) is a symbol used to represent the currency of the Philippines, the Philippine peso. The sign is frequently used in publications, but PHP or Php is also used as an abbreviation of the currency.
Mexico currently uses the same currency but uses the dollar sign ($) as its symbol instead of the peso sign (₱), making the Philippine peso a unique symbol.
