When should I apply for a Korean visa?
A tourist visa to Korea is valid for 90 days or three months from the issue date. This means if yours is issued on January 1, you can use the visa to enter Korea anytime before April 1.
To avoid the inconvenience caused by an expired visa, file your application within one to two months before your travel date. This also allows you enough time to submit any additional documents that may be asked from you.
