How To Change Appointment Schedule and Location in BM Online
You can reschedule your appointment and change the location of your OEC processing.
Simply follow these steps:
- Log into your BM Online account.
- Click “My Transactions” on the left side.
- Under the Appointments tab, you’ll see your existing appointment schedule. Click the Cancel Appointment button and then the OK button.
- Click “My Profile” on the left side.
- Click the Acquire OEC or Exemption button.
- Enter your flight schedule. Click the Submit button.
- Choose the same or different location and branch.
- Choose a new schedule from available slots on the calendar.
- Click the Set an Appointment button to confirm your chosen schedule.
Don’t forget to print your new online appointment sheet, which you can access at the My Transactions page of BM Online. Bring this print-out on your scheduled appointment for OEC processing.
