What are the requirements for those re-taking the licensure examination?
Repeaters and conditional applicants may follow the same procedures for PRC online application.
However, in step 5 of the online application, indicate under the “Examination Type” your status as an examinee (i.e., whether you’re a “Repeater” or “Removal/Conditioned”).
Once you’ve secured an appointment with your preferred PRC office, prepare the following requirements:
- Printed application form.
- Proof of the previous examination (e.g., Notice of Admission or NOA). In case you’ve lost your NOA, please follow the instructions in this guide to get a new one from PRC.
- Other documents as required in the professional regulatory laws. For more information, contact PRC or the regulating body in your profession.
Bring all the requirements to the PRC on the day of your appointment to complete the application process.
