May foreigners enter law school?

The Rules of Court is clear. Every applicant for admission of the bar must be a citizen of the Philippines.

Although some law schools do accept foreigners as law students and do give them degrees in satisfactorily finishing the law course, these foreigners cannot take the Bar Examinations until they have acquired Filipino citizenship.
