To update your information, simply log into your BM Online account and click the Edit button on the My Profile page. You may edit certain fields in the Personal Data, Contract Particulars, and Legal Beneficiaries forms.
However, the following fields cannot be edited:
- OFW’s full name
- Birthdate
- Mother’s maiden name
- Employer’s name
- Jobsite
- Position
If you need to update any of the non-editable fields, you’ll have to undergo regular OEC processing. Set an appointment through BM Online before you go to the POLO or POEA office.
In case you’ve already updated your profile but still can’t proceed to the next step, it means you have not completely filled out the required fields.
Double-check your Profile page for any incomplete data and provide the necessary information. When you’re done, click Save.
